Lizzie Pinder

Senior Consultant Economist

Lizzie is a Senior Consultant Economist at Bradshaw Advisory working with clients on a range of data, modelling, economics and policy issues such as HMT Green Book value for money assessments, impact studies, forecasting and modelling and the evaluation of proposed policy changes.

Prior to joining Bradshaw, she spent eight years in the Government Economic Services across the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (EU Emissions Trading Scheme and net zero), the Department for Transport (HS2 Economist), the Department for International Trade (FDI Economic Advisor) and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (Economics Secretary).

Most recently before Bradshaw Advisory she was deployed as an economics diplomat at the British Embassy in Cuba directly reporting to HM Ambassador Sir George Hollingbery.

She has a first-class degree in economics from the University of Sussex and a Masters in Economics of Public Policy from the Barcelona School of Economics. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.
