Jay Atwal is a Senior Economist at Bradshaw Advisory, with 7 years of experience working in public sector and economic consultancies the Office for National Statistics, Hatch and WSP.

He specialises in business case development in line with HM Treasury's Green Book, Better Business Case Guidance and MHCLG's Appraisal Guide. He has project experience in housing, regeneration and infrastructure projects and has helped secure funding for clients across multiple competitive funding streams such as Housing Infrastructure Fund, Towns Fund, Levelling-Up Fund, Brownfield Infrastructure and Land Fund.

Jay is also experienced in undertaking business case reviews, socio-economic impact assessments, financial modelling and cost-benefit analyses for a variety of public and private sector clients across the UK and internationally.

He has a degree in Economics from the University of Kent and is a member of the Institute of Economic Development.
