Josh Lindl

Founders Associate and Advisor

Josh is Founders Associate and Advisor at Bradshaw Advisory, having previously held the roles of COO and Board member, where he oversaw the efficient and effective running of the firm as well as the finance and people functions. A qualified project manager, Josh brings expert project management to his Bradshaw client work and has delivered for local authorities across the country, FTSE 100 firms, as well as trade associations on topics such as sustainability, frontier technologies and place-based growth.

Prior to joining Bradshaw, Josh was a strategy and management consultant at KPMG and later part of Accenture, delivering complex transformation programmes within highly regulated industries, e.g. financial services at HSBC, Santander, and other Tier 1 institutions. Josh brings deep expertise in strategy development and is highly skilled in designing and facilitating workshops.

He later held a global role at a fast-growing USA-founded FinTech, leading large cross-functional teams and reporting to the C-suite. There, he ran the company’s monthly strategy forum and worked hand in hand with government affairs and communications colleagues.

Previous roles include being a researcher in two guises - in parliament for a former Secretary of State, and at the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience, bringing a scientific rigour to everything he does. Josh is a skilled quantitative and qualitative researcher, gathering deep insights that inform client challenges.
