Josh is Director of Operations at Bradshaw Advisory, overseeing the efficient and effective running of the firm. A qualified project manager (PRINCE2), Josh provides expert project management support across all teams, ensuring client work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Prior to joining Bradshaw, Josh was a strategy and management consultant delivering complex transformation programmes within highly regulated industries. He later held a global role at a fast-growing FinTech, managing a 50+ person multidisciplinary team. Josh brings deep expertise in strategy development and is highly skilled in designing and facilitating workshops.

Previous roles include being a researcher in two guises - in parliament for a former Secretary of State, and at the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience.

Josh is a qualified management accountant (CIMA whilst at KPMG), has a degree in psychology (with economics electives) from UCL and is a skilled quantitative and qualitative researcher.
