Dammy is Bid Operations Lead at Bradshaw Advisory. A Shipley-trained bid writer and APMP-certified proposal manager, Dammy is experienced in preparing and managing successful proposals for regional and national public sector clients.

She has worked for national charities and multinationals across a range of sectors including public health, public services and energy.

She was a Senior Programme Officer for the FCDO's Chevening Scholarships, managed a portfolio of awardees and UK universities before going on to complete the Teach First programme where she taught in London secondary schools helping children from disadvantaged backgrounds achieve their potential.

She has a degree in politics and international telations from the University of Manchester and a masters in Global Diplomacy from SOAS.
