Tom Lees


Founder and CEO

Tom is the Founder and CEO of Bradshaw Advisory, where he advises boards and senior executives on how best to navigate, predict and influence political risks and opportunities. 

He is a recognised expert in public policy, government affairs and strategic communications working with some of the UK’s and the world’s largest companies - particularly across energy, infrastructure, construction, real asset finance and the built environment.

Since founding Bradshaw Advisory he has been involved in securing more than £1.7bn for clients, advised global businesses setting up in the UK for the first time, amended legislation to better boost economic growth and supported major infrastructure and property schemes seeking government support.  

Before founding Bradshaw Advisory, Tom was Global Head of Corporate Affairs at the £3bn consultancy and construction group Mace (now majority owned by Goldman Sachs) where he built their public affairs and policy team from scratch.  

He has also advised senior politicians including two former cabinet ministers.

Unusually Tom holds a degree and master’s degree in theoretical physics from University College London. He is NED of a 12,000 pupil multi-academy trust of schools in the North of England.
