Director, Public Affairs

Bradshaw Advisory

Bradshaw Advisory is a cross between a public affairs agency, a think tank and an economics/data consultancy, which means we work on a huge variety of projects and wrap around our clients' issues with a multi-pronged approach.

Our business model is to offer “high-value, low-volume” support. The team is made up of experienced professionals who work with a small number of clients whose challenges are particularly complex. We are public policy experts, confident in navigating the interplay between business, politics and regulation. Above all, we know what a persuasive argument looks like. Our clients are world-leading companies across a variety of sectors, and you can see some of our case studies on our website.

This is a fantastic time to join us in our growth journey. We are a small firm with big ambitions. We continue to grow year on year, and this brings opportunities for our team/you. We push back on boring corporate culture and detest bureaucracy. We are a fun bunch, and our clients appreciate this. We operate like a scrappy startup and will retain this small company culture. We are a team and operate a flat structure with as little hierarchy as possible. We’re absolutely a meritocracy, and your efforts will be rewarded in a timely fashion as we continually assess pay and benefits. You will be provided with autonomy and responsibility (whilst being fully supported) from day one and have the opportunity to make a sizable impact.

We work a 4-day week to enjoy a 3-day weekend and emphasise the importance of our people having a healthy life integration. All colleagues have a generous annual leave allowance, and bank holidays can be flexed to use as you like.
