About Bradshaw Advisory
Bradshaw Advisory is a cross between a think tank, an economics and data consultancy, and a public affairs agency. We work on a variety of projects from the Levelling Up Fund, Future Nuclear Enabling Fund and Freeport applications to running the Global Britain Commission and the Inclusive Growth Commission, as well as delivering high-impact campaigns for private clients often centred around research reports and new analysis/modelling. We serve world-leading companies in a variety of industries, central and local government, and trade bodies. A diversity of work provides you and the team with plenty of development opportunities.
This is a fantastic time to join us in our growth journey. We are a small firm with big ambitions. We continue to grow year on year, and this brings opportunities for our team/you. We push back on boring corporate culture and detest bureaucracy. We are a fun bunch, and our clients appreciate this. We operate like a startup and will retain this small company culture. We are a team and operate a flat structure with as little hierarchy as possible. We’re absolutely a meritocracy, and your efforts will be rewarded in a timely fashion as we continually assess pay and benefits. You will be provided with autonomy and responsibility (whilst being fully supported) from day one and have the opportunity to make a sizable impact.
We all work a 4-day week to enjoy a 3-day weekend and emphasise the importance of our people having a healthy life balance. All colleagues get a generous annual leave allowance and bank holidays can be flexed. We provide a healthy budget to pursue learning opportunities.
