Will has a decade of experience advising leaders in parliament, Whitehall and business on politics, policy, government relations and reputation management.

As a former advisor and speechwriter to the Chief Executive of the Environment Agency, he has an in-depth knowledge of regulation across energy, water, waste crime and climate adaptation. Prior to this he worked in parliament for a Labour Shadow Minister running campaigns from transport to defence.

Will has an agency background and began his career working for several large consultancies, advising clients in sectors from healthcare to finance on polling, focus groups and public affairs campaigns.

He graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in history and politics.
