Tom Lees

Managing Director

Tom is a recognised expert in reputation management, corporate and political communications, and running high-impact campaigns.

After a decade working in corporate communications and public affairs, he was fed up. Fed up of mediocre agencies, which oversold, were overstretch and simply weren’t delivering what they promised. He decided to create an agency that actually delivers on its promises.

Prior to setting up Bradshaw, he was the Global Head of Corporate Affairs at the FTSE 100 sized consultancy and construction company, Mace Group. While he was there the company’s turnover grew from £1.5 to £2bn, and profits rose by 150%. He was influential in helping the company to secure some of the largest projects and programmes around the globe and position itself with government and clients.

Prior to this he worked for a NYSE listed engineering company, for former Secretary of State for Health, Rt Hon Baroness Virginia Bottomley, and the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP when he was Secretary of State for Education.

He has a degree and masters in Theoretical Physics from University College London.

Roger Baker, Director of Communications at the Labour Party from 2005-2010:

“Tom is highly competent and trusted to deliver”.

Rt Hon Michael Gove MP, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (in charge of No-Deal planning):

“highly intelligent...astute in analysing complex difficulties and providing solutions.”

Henri Murison, Director of the Northern Powerhouse Partnership:

“Tom has extensive relationships in Whitehall and is a great ally to all those committed to the Northern Powerhouse.”
