Olivia Tyrrell
Associate Director, Built Environment
Olivia is an Associate Director at Bradshaw Advisory, specialising in the built environment across housing, regeneration, major infrastructure and transport connectivity. She advises developers, investors and infrastructure providers on navigating political and regulatory risk, engaging effectively with government, and positioning their projects for successful delivery.
She has worked on some of the UK’s most significant capital programmes, including nationally important transport schemes such as Northern Powerhouse Rail. At Bradshaw, Olivia leads analysis of political risk across the built environment, including examining the potential impact of Reform UK’s policies on housing, infrastructure delivery and investment.
Olivia brings a decade of experience spanning senior agency and in-house roles. Prior to joining Bradshaw, she led external affairs at Onward Homes, one of the North West’s largest housing associations, where she managed political and investor engagement and helped shape the organisation’s growth and investment strategy. She began her career working in Parliament for several Labour MPs, giving her first-hand insight into government decision-making and legislative processes.
