Olivia is an Associate Director at Bradshaw Advisory, specialising in the built environment (infrastructure and housing). She brings a decade of experience supporting organisations to engage effectively with Whitehall, Westminster, combined authorities and local leaders.
She combines senior agency and in-house experience, having led public affairs strategies for nationally significant infrastructure and regeneration projects, including the Liverpool to Manchester Northern Powerhouse Rail line.

Olivia led external affairs at Onward Homes, one of the North West’s largest registered providers, where she managed political and investor risk and shaped narratives around delivery models, investment frameworks and place-based growth. She has also worked for several Labour MPs, including the current Security Minister, gaining first-hand experience of parliamentary processes and government decision-making.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and Parliamentary Studies from the University of Leeds.
