Clare brings over 20 years’ experience across marketing, events and recruitment consultancy, supporting organisations to strengthen their marketing capability, operational delivery and people strategy.

Clare started her career in marketing, delivering high-profile projects and campaigns, before spending a decade in recruitment consultancy advising on talent strategy and organisational growth — giving her a unique perspective across business performance and people capability.  

At Bradshaw Advisory, Clare works across marketing and operations, shaping event strategy, communications and engagement programmes, both internally and externally. She supports the development of Bradshaw Advisory’s brand presence and client engagement activity, alongside the delivery of high-quality events and operational initiatives.

She holds a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton, alongside a range of postgraduate qualifications focused on human behaviour, leadership and development. Alongside her role at Bradshaw Advisory, Clare runs a coaching business specialising in relationships and personal growth, reflecting her commitment to people, performance and sustainable success.
