Matthew Brighty

Consultant Economist

Matthew is a Consultant Economist at Bradshaw Advisory. He joined the team after working in the Government Economic Service for three years including at the Home Office. He has led economic appraisal, business cases and analysis across numerous high-profile policy areas using departmental guidance including the Treasury Green Book and Department for Transport TAG.

After completing his undergraduate degree in economics at the University of Kent, Matthew went on to achieve distinction in his economics and finance masters at Loughborough University. His master’s research project investigated the importance of macroeconomic factors in determining company leverage ratios.
