Bradshaw founder named as UK leading political consultant

Bradshaw Advisory founder and CEO Tom Lees has been named in the Top 75 of The Mace Government Affairs Index 2026|27, the annual ranking of the UK's leading political consultants.

Now in its second edition, the index profiles 175 practitioners and, unusually among industry rankings, judges them individually rather than by firm.

Editor-in-Chief William Cash describes the list as selecting "the cream of the UK's top-tier political consultants" — this year spanning former Cabinet ministers, special advisers, journalists and a growing cohort of founders who have set up their own firms.

Tom's entry in the Top 75 of those ranked highlights his work in energy, infrastructure, construction and the built environment. Bradshaw Senior Adviser and Reform UK expert Gawain Towler is also profiled in this year's index.
