DRIs
What is a DRI?
At the heart of our approach to client work is the principle of clear accountability and high-performance. A Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) is a named senior professional who takes personal ownership of a specific project, outcome, or workstream. This individual is your main point of contact—empowered to make decisions, solve problems quickly, bring together the right people from across Bradshaw Advisory and ensure momentum is maintained.
Why our DRI approach works
Unlike traditional diluted ownership structures, our DRI approach brings:
Clarity and accountability – You always know who is responsible for progress, quality, and delivery.
Faster decision-making – The DRI has delegated authority, reducing delays and cutting through red tape.
Stronger relationships – You have one accountable person who understands your goals and champions your success.
Better outcomes – With a named owner driving each piece of work or project, nothing gets lost in handover or hierarchy.
It’s a model inspired by high-performing organisations - particularly from Silicon Valley - and tailored to the needs of fast-paced, complex environments and issues.
